Function tester that integrates conventional functional testing and imaging inspection.

This is a next-generation function tester that integrates the previous functional testing machine (operational guarantee) and image inspection machine. In addition to functional testing (operational guarantee) of the workpiece, it controls display items such as LCDs with simulated signals and automatically inspects the displayed images and text using a camera. The functional test examines the operational guarantee of the workpiece (voltage measurement, frequency counting, load, flash writing, and display of items such as LCDs and segments).
